Truck Rescue Training was founded by a career fire service professional with a passion for advancing rescue competency across California fire departments. With over a decade of hands-on instruction in both elevator rescue and aerial apparatus operation, our training goes beyond the classroom.
We began teaching elevator rescue techniques in 2012, and have since stayed at the forefront of evolving lift system technology — providing practical techniques for recovering occupants from both hydraulic and traction electric elevators. Our mobile door props and access to real, in-service elevators sets us apart from any other training provider.
In 2015 we expanded to aerial and tillered apparatus driving instruction, earning California State Fire Marshal registration in 2018 — a recognition that reflects our commitment to the highest standards in the field.
